it is so much easier to blame outside circumstances than take personal responsibility for our thoughts and actions. It is critical to develop this mind set and habits so as to create the life that we all truly intend and desire.

It sounds good but I have to be honest, I’m not exactly sure what it means. I have to read it a few more times. Maybe its because I’m tired or something.
